The energy of concerts and workshops, the atmosphere of an interdisciplinary exhibition in the magical space of St. John’s Centre. The Festival of Cultures will take you on a musical and artistic journey to the unknown.

During the “Window to the World”, West African voodoo rhythms will blend with European jazz and rock. Balkan-Jewish songs will sound alongside jazz interpretations of Polish folk songs. “Alternative ethno-art-chaos” will reveal one of the faces of contemporary Ukrainian music, and sounds from South America in original improvisations straight from multicultural Berlin will take your breath away. Music master Soyka will perform in an unforgettable duo with the Gambian musician Buba Kuyateh. The workshop programme will offer classes in various fields of art and culture, and the exhibition by Rita Staszulonok will combine painting with sound… Come and join in!
